Refund policy

In short: you're covered by our 30-day Night-Ready Promise. If you're not happy, we refund 100% of what you paid, and you don't have to send anything back.

1. The Night-Ready Promise (30 days)

Try your stickers for 30 days from the day your order arrives. If they don't convince you, message us through our contact form with your order number and we'll refund 100% of the price you paid. You don't need to return the product.

2. Damaged or faulty stickers

If a sticker arrives damaged, or peels off before you use it, tell us through our contact form (a photo helps) and we'll send you a new pouch free of charge.

3. Wrong or missing items

If your order arrives incomplete or with the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send what's missing at no cost to you.

4. Free digital bonuses

The Color Check Card, Night Out Safety Plan and Gift Note are free digital extras. They are not sold separately and are not refunded separately.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take 5–10 business days to show it. If you haven't seen it 15 business days after we confirm it, contact us.

6. Your legal rights

This promise is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under the consumer laws that apply to you.
