Terms of service

Overview

This website is operated by TrustYourNight. By visiting the store or buying from it you agree to these terms.

What the product does, and what it doesn't

TrustYourNight nail stickers are a quick color check for GHB in a drink. They detect GHB only, not other substances. Milky, creamy, blue or very dark drinks may not read clearly. The result is a check, not a guarantee: if in doubt, don't drink it, stay with your friends and ask staff for help. In an emergency, call 911.

Products and prices

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colors may look slightly different on your screen. Prices are shown in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

Digital bonuses

The Color Check Card, Night Out Safety Plan and Gift Note are for your personal use and may not be resold or redistributed.

Shipping and refunds

See our Shipping policy and our Refund policy.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of the store or the product.

Intellectual property
